Join Luz Xtravaganza for an introduction to the world of Vogue-Femme, the infamous style of dance born out of New York's Ball scene.  

Vogue Femme is the most recent style of Voguing that incorporates five elemental categories: hand performance, catwalks, duck walks, spins dips and floor performance. Through a warm up, stretch and drills, Luz will guide you through the five elements, a fierce combination and freestyle. Channel your strongest feminine power through the style of Vogue-Femme.

Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in the Bronx, Luz has been cultivating a relationship with movement and dance from the young age of eight. Luz started off with Ballroom dance and then transitioned into styles including Ballet, Modern, Tap and Jazz training at the Dance Theatre of Harlem.

Luz earned a BA in Arts Management at SUNY Purchase, and shortly after graduating started their dance career, as a voguer/commercial dancer in late 2016.
