In Person Class– Vado draws on the rich and diverse dance tradition from the Ivory Coast. With over 60 different ethnic traditions, the variety of steps and rhythms taught is complex, exciting and vigorous.
In Person Class - All levels Welcomed! Learn from a former principal dancer of Guinea’s Nation Dance Company, Les Ballet Africains, of a high energy class venturing through the diverse dances of Guinea and West Africa.
Hybrid Class - Great for beginners, ASA! Fitness is an hour long, low-impact, high-intensity workout, with an engaging fusion of modern club movements and cultural energy through African dance styles.

In-Person Class – Journey to the nanm (“soul” in Haitian Kreyol) of Afro-Haitian dance and become acquainted with the different Iwa (gods) in the Vodou religion through their dances, songs, rhythms and rituals.
Online Class – Dunham Technique is a vibrant African American dance form that engages the body, mind and spirit! Created by dance pioneer Katherine Dunham, the technique is informed by the traditional dances of the African Diaspora, as well as by modern and ballet.
In Person Class– Dancers will look at vernacular Jazz and its roots, Dunham's movement vocabulary used in Jazz dance, and traditional modern Jazz motifs, and experiment with the three to ultimately create a concert Jazz movement piece.
Hybrid Class - ASA! Fitness is a life-changing total body endurance experience! The routines in ASA! Fitness are designed to target and enhance cardiorespiratory capacity, dynamic strength, functional strength and core strength to Afrobeats and Ndombolo tunes.
Hybrid – The amazing Darian Parker will share the soulful and intricate dances of Mali, West Africa (mixed levels).
In Person Class - Originating in Haiti in the 1950s, Compas, also known as Konpa, Kompa, Compas direct, or Kompa direkt, is a traditional Haitain meringue, jazz and Vodou rhythm couples dance, primarily focusing on movements of the hips.
Hybrid Class - This dance calls the dance to handle the rhythm with the body. The class will cover movement combinations demonstrated in Kongo, and will also cover Ndombolo which is the dance of the Bakongo people of Kongo.
Hybrid Class – JamDown is a high energy Caribbean dance fitness class aimed at burning calories and toning your entire body with Carnival cardio! Set to the rhythms of the Caribbean – Soca, Dancehall and a little Afrobeats – JamDown a guaranteed great time! So grab a flag, a friend, some water and let’s JAM!!
Online Class – Learn the different dances of the Orishas (African deities of the Yoruba/Lucumi tradition) as well as the rhythms, movements and stories behind the dances.
