Soca ’N Sweat brings the energetic Carnival vibes to class with each workout. Participants can come and get a glimpse into Caribbean culture where you are guaranteed to burn a minimum of 500 calories to the sweet sounds of Soca music. The class consists of jumping, sweating, dancing and waving, all while having a blast. The routines feature aerobic and fitness interval training of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. All fitness levels welcome and no equipment required. Come prepared and ready to ‘wine yuh waist!!’

Tiffany B is a certified Zumba and group fitness instructor born and raised in Brooklyn NY with Cultural ties to Trinidad & Tobago. She specializes in kickboxing, bootcamp and customized Soca dance and fitness classes. Her love for fitness, health and wellness came after training for and completing Rugged Maniac, Tough Mudder & Spartan Obstacle course races. As a full-time school-based educator, she loves to connect fitness, media and arts education to today’s young people and get communities active and moving. She believes taking steps toward an active lifestyle is as simple as walking up and down the stairs or going for a walk or run in your community. Tiffany helps clients learn to celebrate themselves in every way, all while loving the skin they are in. Teaching group classes is a passion of hers and it gives her accountability, strength and artistic creativity. Her classes are fun, motivating and supportive. Each class is guaranteed to make you forget you're even exercising.
