The crystal singing bowls permit the release of negative blockages and enhance the return of a positive energetic flow throughout the body. With the crystal singing bowls we get to fine tune the human energetic body, and the subtle body, to provide a balanced state of being. Crystal singing bowls provides a means to achieve and maintain well-being.

Jose Rivera Benitez is a semi-retired Attorney who discovered the richness of Yoga and determined to master the craft and philosophy that is Yoga - the unity of Mind body and breath - for the fulfillment of self-realization in life's pursuits. With such mastery, He teaches others the beauty, grace and power that is developed through the practice of this ancient art of living. 

Certified as a 500-hour Yoga Instructor with the Yoga Alliance. He has taught Yoga to students ages 10 through 72, promoting health, fun, and flexibility. He is also certified in Reiki energetic healing practices and provides meditation sessions with the use of crystal singing bowls – energetic wellness generated by toning of the energetic body.
