Jumpstart your movement routine this year with Cumbe Dance and Vita Coco!

Cumbe partnered with Vita Coco and @JennyJamFitness to give you the motivation you need to lead a healthier life in 2021. That's why we've put together this 21-Day Fit Challenge filled with fun #Dance and #Core Workouts to get you looking and feeling your best! And for those who participate, you'll have a chance to win amazing prizes!!
THREE DEDICATED AND LUCKY WINNERS will be announced on 2/1/21!


HOW YOU'LL GET MOVING:

1. Take at least 3 Cumbe virtual dance classes within the 21 days- 1 class per week should do the trick.

2. Take 10 minutes out of each day to perform this short @JennyJamFitness core workout routine:

3. Join the Facebook page for updates and community.

Jennine Hamblin, creator of JennyJam Fitness, is a dance and fitness specialist who has been teaching for the past nine years. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, an AFAA Group Fitness Instructor and a professional dancer. She loves finding fun and innovative ways to help others reach their goals and enjoy getting healthy and fit to lead their best lives!
